Italian Dressing

1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C water
1/4 C lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lecithin granules
3 Tbsp honey or a little less according to preference

Blend above ingredients and then add 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning and blend for 10 seconds. Pour in jar and chill. Yummy yummy! :)


Sausage

2 C gluten flour
2/3 C quick oats
4 Tbsp yeast flakes
1 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp sage
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
6 cloves garlic chopped
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
2 C water
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Dash liquid smoke
2 tsp (or 3 small cubes) veggie bouillon (or other seasoning type)

Roll sausage size, put in foil and twist ends. Makes three rolls. Steam for 40 minutes in a double boiler.

Carob Pie

1 C carob chips
12 oz regular tofu
1/2 maple syrup
1 C peanut butter

Melt the carob chips, put all in blender and blend. Pour into your favorite pie crust. I use graham crust. This is the best carob pie you'll ever eat. =)

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

2/3 C butter
2/3 C brown sugar
2 eggs or 3 Tbsp flax seed and 1/2 C water ground up and put in pot and thickened.
1 1/2 C oats
1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz dried cranberries
2/3 C white chocolate chips

Cream together butter, sugar, eggs or flax seed concoction, blending well. Add combined ingredients and mix well. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop into small balls. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes just until golden.
