Stroganoff Sauce

1/3 C cashews
1 box Mori Nu tofu
1/4 C yeast flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 C water

Blend all ingredients till smooth. Place in sauce pan and stir till thick. If desired, mushrooms may be added to the sauce. Serve over rice or pasta.
